Players First is founded on the principle of doing anything we can to help a golfer's life and career. At the Tour level, the off-course challenges and support network can be as important to a golfer's success as on-course preparation and performance.
With that in mind, Players First sets out to provide comprehensive services tailored to both its athletes and its team of partners.

Trained as an electrical engineer at Virginia Tech, Sean pivoted to a career in sports data analytics that led him to working full time as a caddie on the LPGA Tour, where he has used his love of the game to forge connections with some of the top players, coaches, and clubfitters in the world.

Michael "Mike" Eckstein is a certified agent for the NCAA, National Basketball Players Association, National Football League Players Association, Canadian Football League Players Association and FIBA.
Mr. Eckstein received his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky, his juris doctorate degree at Tulane University Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University.
